1. Our Philosophy

We believe in the potential of AI as a tool for creative expression. FluxNSFW.ai aims to provide a space where users can generate a wide spectrum of content, including adult themes. However, this freedom is not absolute. It must coexist with legal requirements, ethical considerations, and the need to protect individuals and communities from harm.

2. Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from generating, attempting to generate, or promoting any content that falls into the following categories. Attempts to circumvent these rules through clever prompting or other means are also prohibited.

• Illegal Activity: Content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates illegal acts or services under applicable law (including, but not limited to, drug trafficking, illegal weapons, fraud).

This includes deepfakes used for sexual purposes without consent.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Exploitation of Minors: Any content that depicts or promotes the sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors. This is a zero-tolerance policy. We will report such content to relevant authorities, such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• Extreme Violence and Gore: Content depicting excessive or gratuitous violence, torture, mutilation, or gore aimed purely to shock or disgust, particularly targeting real individuals.
• Promotion of Dangerous Activities: Content that promotes or encourages dangerous activities such as self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others. Do not use prompts intended to replicate copyrighted characters or artworks without authorization.
• Privacy Violations: Content that disseminates private, confidential, or personally identifiable information of others without their consent.
• Spam or Deceptive Content: Using the service to generate misleading information, spam, or content for fraudulent schemes.

Note: While NSFW content is generally permitted, it must still adhere to all the restrictions listed above. The allowance for NSFW themes does not permit the generation of illegal or harmful content.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate using FluxNSFW.ai. You agree to use the Service ethically and in compliance with this Content Policy and our Terms of Service. Understanding the potential impact of the content you create is crucial.

4. Enforcement

We employ a combination of methods to enforce this Content Policy, including:

• Automated Filtering: We utilize automated systems to detect and block prompts and generated content that clearly violate our policies, especially concerning illegal content like CSAM.
